For a long time, it was really difficult for me to let go of the past and to stop feeling anxious about what the future would bring me.
I was unhappy, had low motivation and low self-esteem. I spent my time looking for other people's approval.
I grew tired of the same old problems and the same old routine. I didn't want to waste any more time of my precious life.
So I made a promise to myself, that I would put myself first and give me the self-love I deserved. I decided go all in on myself.
I got myself several health and wellness certifications in order to have the knowledge not only to help myself but also the people around me.
